The Challenge –
BroadTech International was a start-up, with the inherent challenges that it presents. The main challenge was to present consulting professional services in Latin America. The main service was Telecommunications Project Management consulting, but not limited just to telecommunications services.
The solution –
Created a Vision and Mission for the company, so it could have a clear goal of what it wanted to do, and generate from there a strategic plan. Strategic planning tools were used in order to identify the position of the company so a realistic scope could be created.
The Result –
As a result of a strategic analysis, potential customers were narrowed down, so efforts were not wasted on non critical customers or on services that were out of the real scope of the company. First customers were identified, and they still remain as company customers.
